For those of you who do not already know me, I am a wedding and portrait photographer based out of beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio. I approach photography with a candid nature and I love to capture people when they are just being themselves.

I shot Shannon & Adam’s E-session a couple months ago. We were supposed to shoot at the Zoo but we didn’t realize that a huge event was happening there this particular day, so we decided on Spring Grove Cemetery instead. Here are my favorites!

Once again, I will be jumping into the freezing cold Ohio River for Special Olympics during this year’s Polar Bear Plunge!
Special Olympics Kentucky is a non-profit organization that offers year-round athletic training and Olympic-type sport competitions for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Each year more than 6,000 athetes train and compete throughout Kentucky, developing physical fitness and increasing confidence and self-esteem.
On February 27, I’ll be taking the plunge with my fellow coworkers at Zappos.com into wintery waters of the Ohio River to support Special Olympics Kentucky. Please help me reach my goal by making a donation! Just like last year, any client of Amanda Egan Photography who donates $10 or more will receive a complimentary 8×10 from their engagement session or wedding! (a $20 value!)

The ceremony was at the beautiful Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal…
We even got to shoot in the exhibits. How cool is that?!

We were so lucky to get to shoot on the catwalk in the Union Terminal. The light was perfect …
Did I mention that Emily & Jeff are huge Jimmy Buffett fans?
Next, it was off to the reception at the Newport Aquarium!
Emily’s brother loves penguins and he was so excited when the fine folks at the Newport Aquarium brought this little guy out!
Emily & Jeff: I have to say… your wedding was one of my all time favorites. I loved every minute of it. You are one of the sweetest couples I have ever worked with & I wish you nothing but happiness! Congratulations!
